Unfiltered and unfined this shiraz speaks of place and vintage. The fruit was sorced from one of the warmest sites just south of launceston. The wine has power and balance with a toned back qunitesential shiraz structure.
Incrediblly drinkable now but will cellar for 10 years
Only two barrels produced or around 50 dozen
